Makeup Revolution London – Flawless Ultra Eyeshadows

Flawless And Beyond Flawless Eyeshadows – Makeup Revolution

Today’s post is all about Makeup, something I am most definitely not an expert at! But I do love wearing eyeshadow, and Makeup Revolution is soooo good, especially now that I wear glasses all the time, my eyes are pretty much the first thing people look at, so they need to look as alright as I can make them!

I am not someone who can spend loads of money on makeup so you will never see any MAC on here, or other expensive brands, or what I call expensive haha!

The Makeup Revolution pallets are perfect in price and in quality, they aren’t expensive at all, and the quality is just as good.

Makeup Brushes –

To apply makeup, you need some good brushes! The ones that come with eyeshadows are never any good, so here are the ones that I personally use… A lot.

To help me apply eyeshadow I use the Real Techniques brushes, you can find them here on Amazon –
Real Techniques Starter Kit

These brushes are amazing, I love them, they make it so easy to apply makeup, and the eyeshadow blends perfectly.

I am not very good at doing all the fancy things and different colours, I prefer to choose a couple of colours that complement each other and put that on. My go to colour at the moment is a deep orange tones, or soft pinks, because they are pretty.

I simply and quite messily brush it onto my eyelids, I use a lighter colour on the inside and blend it is to a darker colour, this just brightens up my eyes behind the glasses.

Not So Important But Pretty Packaging –

Not only are the Makeup Revolution eyeshadows very pretty, the boxes and packaging are too!

The flawless eyeshadows are in a metallic rose gold packaging, and the beyond flawless eyeshadows are in a metallic gold packaging. They are both in a sleek black case, with gold writing.

The pigmentation of the colours is also very good, I haven’t tested how long it lasts, but it lasts just as long as any other good eyeshadow, so that’s a good sign. As you can see in the picture above, the boxes are cuuuuuute.

Makeup revolution eyeshadow pallets are perfect for beginners.

The Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Pallets –

This is the fun and probably most important part! All you really want to see is what the pallets actually look like on the inside, you wont be disappointed.

First are the Flawless Makeup Revolution Eyeshadows, as you can see there are so many beautiful colours to choose from, but my favorite colour to use is ‘Copper Shimmer’ which is the fourth one across, and the third one down.
Second are the Beyond Flawless Makeup Revolution eyeshadow pallet. These colours are all very similar nude tones, with some darker ones.

I do love the lighter colours. They are so sparkly and very well pigmented, my favourtie colours from this pallet are ‘Toasty’ which is the third along the bottom from the left.  ‘Brunette’ is another fave, this one is more matte, and a perfect everyday colour, this one is the fifth along the top and the second down.

(I like to actually tell you where the different shadows are, so if you don’t have the pallet,
you know what I am talking about!)

Where To Buy Makeup Revolution

You can get them online from anywhere, but the best prices I found were on Amazon or from Superdrug.
